Willis Heating Ltd was founded by Paul Willis, who has more than 15 years’ specialist experience in the plumbing, heating and gas industry. Since XXXX, Willis Heating has been serving homeowners, landlords and letting agents across Seaford, Newhaven, Peacehaven, Eastbourne and the Lewes district.

Paul started Willis Heating because he wanted to build a company around his own values and approach to the job: communicate clearly, maintain high standards of workmanship and always put the customer’s interests first.
Those principles still guide the business today.
From its beginnings as a small local plumbing and heating company, Willis Heating has continued to grow. Today, we’re a team of seven qualified plumbers, heating engineers and apprentices, serving homeowners and landlords in East Sussex.

Our team brings together experienced plumbing and heating engineers with apprentices who are developing the skills and experience to become the next generation of qualified tradespeople.
As the company has grown, we’ve worked hard to retain the personal approach that Willis Heating was founded on. We want our customers to know who they’re dealing with, to be kept informed and to feel confident about the work being carried out in their home.
Whether we’re repairing a boiler, fitting a bathroom or installing a completely new heating system, the same standards apply.

Willis Heating is Gas Safe registered, and our appropriately qualified engineers undertake domestic gas work safely and in accordance with current requirements.

As a Vaillant Advance Installer, our engineers have specialist knowledge of Vaillant heating products and access to manufacturer training and support.
This also enables us to offer extended guarantees on eligible Vaillant boiler installations, subject to the relevant product and current Vaillant terms.
Hive Installer
As Hive Installers, we have access to specialist product training and tools to help customers get the most from Hive technology.
We can advise on and install Hive Thermostats, helping you control your home’s heating more effectively.
Glow-worm Club Energy Installer
Our membership of Glow-worm’s Club Energy installer programme gives us additional product knowledge, training and support when working with Glow-worm heating products.
Eligible boiler installations may also benefit from extended manufacturer guarantees.

Our engineers regularly attend manufacturer and industry training to keep their knowledge and skills up to date. This helps us understand new products and technologies properly and puts us in a better position to advise our customers about the choices available to them.
We also believe in developing new talent through apprenticeships, passing practical skills and good working practices on to the next generation.
